This is one piece from a collection of 6 miniature pieces. It only measures about 2.5 inches at the tallest point. Dr. Elephant is little more than an inch tall. I used the flash on my camera... by accident it made this look dramatic.
I bought this while in Nagoya. My friend Mutoh-san saw it in a department store and took me there to see it. Of course I had to buy it! It's made out of tin except for Astro Boy's head. When you push a button on the lower right side, Astro Boy flies around the clock and his theme music plays. Way cool! Thanks Mutoh-san!
This is a second piece from the miniature set. Astro Boy's Mom is recharging his batteries. Looks funny, but that's how it's done! (^_^)
